Is it safe to wash then freeze organic fruit from the farm?

In brief: Yes

Any fruit, organic or not, can be cleaned and then frozen for later use.
Once frozen, they are safe from any contamination although they might get freezer burn (which is a form of drying out) if kept too long.

In brief: Yes but

Yes it is. However, washing fruit before freezing may cause it to lump together. I learned this yesterday while pitting and freezing our cherries, when my wife pointed it out.
