I have irregular periods but for 3 weeks now I've been spotting. Small cramps sometimes. And not sexually active. Why hasn't it stopped? No hospital.

In brief: Spotting

Vaginal spotting may be caused by polyps, either on the cervix or inside the uterus, by uterine fibroids, or by some infections, and occasionally some genital tract cancers.
Sometimes people mistake urinary tract bleeding for vaginal spotting, which is an important distinction. You probably don't need to go to a hospital at this point, but please schedule an appointment with a gynecologist soon.
