Mid-calf/Over-the-calf sock feels tight on left leg but not right leg. Circumference of legs measures the same. Can GSV reflux below knee cause this?

Evaluate stockings. Not all stockings are the same. If you are having problems with your support hose then they should be re evaluated. Stocking should fit comfortably and, if you are having a problem, then you should have them checked and , perhaps, you may need a custom made stocking pair. The GSV reflux should not cause the tightness.
