Does trich really move around inside you?

In brief: Nope

Trichomonas vagainalis is a one-celled parasite that lives in the genital tract and is transmitted by vaginal sex (and not by oral and probably not anal sex).
It does not migrate to other parts of the body. Trichomonas hominis (also called Pentatrichomonas) is different, lives in the intestine, and is normal; it causes no disease. Trich (vaginalis) is an STD, usually not serious, easily treated.
