In brief: Third trimester.

Most cases of placenta previa wither resolve or start bleeding by the third trimester (>28 weeks).
Avoid all ssris, aspirin-like drugs (nsaids, motrin, aleve, advil) and only take regular tylenol (acetaminophen) during pregnancy. Avoid intercourse and heavy lifting/exercise until delivery or resolution of your placenta previa. Serial ultrasounds with an experienced maternal-fetal medicine specialist are warranted!

In brief: Hopefully @ delivery

If your previa never resolves, i hope you have bleeding only at your c-section.
Most docs will give steroids at 24 weeks, perform serial ultrasounds to see if it resolves, and performs an abdominal delivery at 37 weeks if still present. Report any bleeding since an intial bleed may "herald" the start of hemorrhage, and listen to your doc. Earlier delivery may be needed if bleeding develops.
