In brief: XRay and scan

many disorders can cause a mass in an abdomen.
from benign gas to tumors. Waist no time; see a medical doctor.

In brief: Evaluation

Hi, you need to see a doctor for examination and evaluation, it's not possible to make a diagnosis without a full history and physical.
Good luck.

There is a smaller list of possibilities.
Ectopic pregnancy is the most worrisome, immediately life threatening condition so if you might be pregnant get things checked immediately. Constipation. Anorexia nervosa, laxative abuse, or, more plausible ovarian cyst or even a mass, most likely benign. All this is conjecture though until you have an exam. Get to a doc and get this evaluatedASAP.
