Marinol is approved for the treatment of nausea in chemotherapy patients and for AIDS patients suffering from loss of appetite. Cesamet is a similar compound that treats nausea in chemotherapy patients. Neither medication has really gained a wide following. There are a few more in trials but not available in the US.
