In brief: No.
Unfortunately, as yummy as it may be, ice cream is not a nutritious food.
Too many calories, too much milk fat, and often too many candy and cookie and cake additives.

In brief: NO, a HIGH FAT FOOD
According to fda regulations, ice creams with solid additions must contain a minimum of 8 percent milk fat, while plain ice creams must have at least 10 percent milk fat! a nutritious diet should be low in fat (and saturated fat), low in sugar, high in fiber (whole grains preferable) & high in green leafy vegetables.

In brief: Nope, but yummy
Ice cream is mostly sugar and fat, so not exactly nutritious.
But yummy! it is okay to eat something delicious even if it isn't very healthy, so long as you do it in moderation. On the bright side, dairy products do have calcium for strong & healthy bones. Talk to your family doctor or a nutritionist if you'd like more detailed, personalized advice.
