In brief: Surgery if deformity
Of note: nasal fractures are the 3rd most common fracture & most are undertreated.
According to ENT literature: reduction of a nasal fracture is indicated in any patient with a significant cosmetic deformity or functional compromise. The best time for reduction may be within the first 3 hours following injury. Otherwise, most believe that waiting 3-7 days is preferable after swelling has subsided.

In brief: Usually none...
Initial treatment is nasal bone x-ray to see exactly where.
Then ice and prevention of infection, and tincture of time. Most don't require anything further, but if it does, the facial surgeon will wait till healing process completed before deciding.

In brief: Reduce within 1 Week
The nose should be reassessed once swelling goes down after trauma.
If there is residual deformity due to the fracture, closed reduction can be performed. It is important that a concomitant septal injury be addressed at the same time. If this does not achieve an adequate result, rhinoplasty can be performed 6-12 months later.

In brief: Set it
If it is bent the nose is usually set back into place and casted.
If it is not done in a week you will have to wait a year for a possible reconstructive rhinoplasty.

In brief: Reduction
It depends the degree of fracture.
If the fracture is severe and the nasal bones are deviated it is necessary to reduce the bones into the proper position. This is generally a surgical procedure which involves placing the bones back into place and is called close reduction of nasal bones.
