When I breath in heart goes faster and when I breath out it slows down, but sometimes it will thump when it slows down? Had ecgs, stres test, echo.

Normal / athletic. Sorry you went through all that annoying testing. Everybody's heart speeds slightly in inspiration and slows on expiration. Some people -- especially athletic guys -- have this quite markedly. It is nothing whatever to be worried about.
