Hormone replacement. Depends on the age and the severity of the hormone deficiency. If you are truly pan-hypopit, you will need thyroid, steroid and sex hormone replacement (i.E: males- testosterone replacement...).
What's the treatment for pregnant women with hypopituitarism? Wich hormones should be checked and how often?
Depends. B"sd replacement therapy for hypopit is challenging and can be very challenging during pregnancy. Much depends it partial or panhypopit. The later includes managing diabetes insipidus with changing dosing. Also corticosteroid replacement may change and thyroid dosing needs to be adjusted over the trimesters. Finally if gonadotropins missing, need endo reproductive specialist - not me.
