In brief: Salivary glands?

The symptoms you describe may be due to silalolithiasis(stones in the salivary glands or ducts).
Stones can form in the ducts that drain the glands, for unknown reasons. The stone(s)will often pass on their own . If secondary infection occurs antibiotics may be needed. Occasionally referral to a specialist is needed if the problem doesn't resolve. For more info: bit.ly/15ATkPW

In brief: SEE PCP

THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE NEUROLOGICAL.
MOST LIKELY ENT OR ORAL SURGEON ISSUE.. ASK ADVICE OF YOUR PCP.

In brief: Vague

Could be a salivary duct blockage under the tongue, but really hard to say without an exam

In brief: Need more info

There may be more than one issue and it require an in-person evaluation to sort these out.
You have provide very little information, e.g., age, any medications, joint issues, dry eyes, fever, etc. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.
