Most corneal ulcers come about from overwear or abuse of contact lenses.
Treatment is to first see an ophthalmologist and get the condtion diagnoses ( remove your contacts whenever the eye gets red or painful). You will be started on antibiotics to treat the infection and allow healing. Most do well but a few have rare infections that require more invasive treatment.
