Is I normal to have tenderness when pressing on upper left quadrant below left ribcage? Not super painful but tender when pressing. What is there?

In brief: Not normally

Depending on how hard you press, you may be sensitive in that area.
The spleen/pancreas/stomach/possible parts of the small intestine, and top juncture of transverse to descending colon are all there, but are usually not painful when lightly palpated.
