In brief: Several options

Options include surgery to remove (or reduce in size) a pituitary tumor producing the excess growth hormone (gh), and injectable medications (octreotide, lanreotide) to suppress gh secretion, or to block to the effect of gh & igf-1 on tissues (pegvisomant).
Pills may have some effect, especially if the pituitary tumor also makes another hormone called prolactin.
