In brief: Ketofol

is a mixture of ketamine and propofol.
The efficacy, and sedation time are similar, however, sedation depth appeared to be more consistent with ketofol. According to the studies there is the absolute reduction in adverse respiratory events compared with propofol or ketamine alone.
