Heart been investigated- normal. But chest pain, jaw pain, left shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand/fingers! Left leg also throbs when SX are bad. What is it?

Neck? Is it possible that the pain originates in your cervical spine? Any trauma, known spine issue? Alternatively, it may be related to peripheral nerves on the left side. You will need a full neurologic evaluation to further determine the etiology of your symptoms.
Vague. Difficult to narrow down any type of causation without a thorough history and exam. Get more than one opinion if need be.

Heart IS fine. But chest pain (sharp), jaw pain (dull), headaches and very specific pain in left shoulder tip, elbow and pinky and ring finger. Why?!

Cervical spine? The distribution of pain in the shoulder, elbow, and 4th and 5th fingers follows a dermatome: the distribution of a nerve root that originates in your neck. I am a 29 year old female. I am healthy and work outregularly. I get a mild jaw pain that comes and goes. I haveno arm or chest pain. Could it be heart attack?

Unlikely. Jaw pain, especially if it occurs more in the morning can be due to biting down or grinding your teeth. It can also be produced by dental work that alters your bite, though the intermittency of your symptoms suggest things like teeth grinding or biting down from stress. Your heart does not share nerve supply for sensation of your jaw so heart attack unlikely. Also, it is very rare in a young woman. Read more...
Least likely. Although jaw pain can be a symptom of a heart attack, i think you would know by now if that was the problem. There are much more common causes of intermittent jaw pain. See a dentist for an evaluation of other common causes. Read more...
