22/m/190lbs have twitching in neck when I do a posture Also in my face , weak left hand and left leg can it be ALS it does not run in family , ?

You are very young to have something like ALS.
It would still be wise for you to see a Neurologist to evaluate the twitching. This might involve an MRI, EMG and possibly even EEG testing. The weakness should be thoroughly worked up including detailed history to understand what posture you are doing that may exacerbate this or if there is another cause compressing your spinal cord. Keep me posted
