A single abnormal reading of blood pressure or pulse may be a problem OR may be an incorrect reading.
Have the BP and pulse checked again, perhaps by a different person. Have them make sure they are using the correct size BP cuff. If it is persistently abnormal (or your child feels sick), see the doctor.
