Just had sinus surgery yesterday, they put in dissolvable packing and stints, can I use a nasal spray to help clean out nostrils?

In brief: Try saline.

You may first want to check with your surgeon because there are several different kinds of packing.
Usually, over the counter nasal saline (salt water) sprays are very useful after sinus surgery to help rinse away dried blood and crusting. They can be used with splints or stents in place. Do not use any prescription nose sprays until your ENT surgeon says it's OK to do so.
