I'm on my feet a lot and I'm 22, and when I stand couple veins bulge out of my right leg around my knee, sometimes painful. Should I be worried?

Get some stockings. Support hose will help. At your age intermittant vein swelling is nothing to worry about. However , if you are on your feet a lot support hose may be very useful. There are many brands of these. Ask your Primary Care Provider for a suggestion! Hope this helps Dr Z.
No, varicose veins. not to worry, this is not what is called a DVT or blood clot in the leg which is a concern. sounds like you would benefit from wearing compression stockings during the days you are on your feet alot. give it a try, it is safe and cheap.
