So it wasnt DVT it was a ruptured bakers cyst on the SIDE of my TKR causing pain and swelling in my knee, foot, and ankle is this strange? Not in calf

Yes strange! A Baker's cyst is often associated with internal derangement of the knee and a "rupture" releases some joint fluid but this should NOT affect your foot and ankle. You need to see an Orthopedist or Sport's Medicine Specialist for an evaluation of your symptoms sooner rather than later! Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z.
