I have multiple lipomas. Many near my spine. Can they effect or make back pain? My back gets pulled often & right by where the lipomas are. Remove?

Lipomas can push on. surrounding tissue, and if there is a nerve nearby that can lead to discomfort. Lipomas themselves are benign and tend to cause pain when they are in an odd location, when pressure is put on them, or if they grow so large they push on nearby muscle, etc. Removing them is usually a straightforward outpatient procedure done under local. See a doctor to make sure it is not related to something deeper.
