In brief: Pain med/they should
Probably the best thing for now is to go to your dentist and/or see your doctor to find out what pain meds.
You can have before, during and after the procedure. An impacted tooth should be removed, and soon since it can cause pain and worse issues, like infection. Simple pain meds., like aspirin, tylenol, (acetaminophen) or advil may also help.

In brief: Pain medication + ..
It is always best to see a dentist to evaluate the eruption of wisdom and possible removal early on.
Depending upon your age, the position of those teeth, the amount of root formation among other factors will determine if the wisdom teeth should be removed, monitored or allowed to erupt normally. If a problem is expected, it is much better to remove it early at your convenience rather than wait.

In brief: Go see the dentist!
Please have your wisdom teeth evaluated by your dentist as soon as possible, including a panoramic xray! some wisdom teeth can be bothersome off and on but some people live with it until it becomes painfully unavoidable! many people have impacted teeth that are not painful! pain or infection usually drives people to have them extracted!
