Who needs to get tested for tuberculosis in nursing home?

TB testing in NH. In virginia everyone entering a nh must show evidence of lack of TB via skin test or chest xray. Further testing should be at the desire of the attending physcian. Now if there is a documented case of TB within the home i think it would be reasonable to screen all the residents.
