Two weeks ago I fell and fractured my radial head bone. Why doesn't it seem to be getting any better? Should I be concerned?

In brief: Probably OK

Most radial head fractures can be treated conservatively.
As long as you have seen an orthopedic surgeon, and he or she recommended conservative treatment, then you are on the right track. That being said, pain can be present for 4-6 weeks of this process. Continue range of motion, and avoid heavy lifting or gripping to maximize results.
