Can a circumcised or uncircumcised penis cause more pain during intercourse?

In brief: ?For him or her

Tight foreskin is painful for male durinhg intercourse.
There is less friction with an uncircumcised penis with an easily retractible foreskin, and more friction with a circumcised penis. Friction can be minimized with lubricating jelly. Intercourse should not be painful, however, would be most painful when an uncircumcised unlubricated penis is introduced into a tight dry vagina.

In brief: No difference

Whether or not a man is circumcised does not make any different to his partner's comfort during sex.
Discomfort may be related to inadequate lubrication, need for more foreplay, or other issues in the relationship or the partner's own attitudes and ideas about sex. Gentle, supportive communication helps far more than any details of anatomy.
