Measurement studies have given rise to charts showing the normal variation in populations.
We find 3% of the normally functioning people have what would be labeled as small & another 3% on the other end of the scale that would be labeled large.It is often present in one or the other parent. Other that finding head ware that fits properly it has little importance.
