Wrist exercise and stretch at work or home, work place ergonomic assessment, avoid repetitive work at a time, give rest to the joint and do some stretch in between.
Avoid or control obesity, manage thyroid disorders, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and kidney failure, avoid falls and fractures, drink alcohol only on occasions and not more, and keep in mind this problem is more common in pregnancy.
