Yes and no. It will no longer be extended relief. The dose will need be split into two.
Antibiotic. Usually use to treat colon infection such as diverticulitis or c diff colitis.
Common. Quiziness is common side-effect for most antibiotics. Carafate (sucralfate) suspension taken in advance will help. But you should be on them for a short period. Most people are not quizy on the med you mention, but that and dirarrhea are the most common side-effects.

Most Likely. You may be allergic to multiple types of Azoles, not just antibiotics. You should see an allergist for further evaluation.
Several. Gi distress is most common with nausea and metallic taste in mouth. Allergic reactions occur, and a disulfuram effect when alcohol is ingested while on Metronidazole is reported. You should not drink alcohol within 48 hours of being on this medication.
In the GI tract. Flagyl is absorbed predominantly in the GI (gastrointestinal) tract when taken orally (by mouth). It is 'processed' primarily in the liver.
Nope. Any symptoms more than 3-4 days after the last dose of metronidazole are almost certainly not due to the drug.
