Like most things in life, the more we do the better we become.
Practice/rehearse your topics to be proficient/knowledgeable. Record yourself doing it, do it infront of family/friends etc...Public speaking coaches and self-help books can help as well. If still having significant problem, consult your doc because there are some treatment/meds to help soothing your nerves. Good luck.
