My husband was told he has a y chromosome problem. Part of the branch for sperm production is missing. Is there still a chance we could get pregnant?

In brief: Maybe

Would need sperm count, semen analysis, motility study to sperm and zona pellucida test (see how well sperm penetrates outer layer of egg).
All would be helpful. Also genetic study to see if this chromosomal abnormality has risk of passing any unwanted traits, illnesses to your potential children. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
