In brief: Lop Ear

Many plastic surgeons are familiar with lop ear deformities, but those with special training in craniofacial or pediatric plastic surgery are "experts" in this field.
In newborns, lop ear can be treated non-surgically in about 6 weeks. Once the child is older than about 1 month, surgery (an otoplasty) will be needed when the child gets to be about 5-6 years old.

In brief: There are many...

Plastic surgeons or facial plastic surgeons who can perform correction of ear deformities.
Check with your local medical society or look for a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon on the web or in the phone book. Ask about his/her experience in treating these kinds of deformities. Good luck!

In brief: Depends on severity

This depends on the severity and age of the patient.
Newborns can be treated non-surgically with the earwell device in the first 3 weeks of life. Pediatric plastic surgeons often correct the problem prior to pre-school. In the instance of an adult, this is performed by most plastic surgeons.
