Feeling lonely without no reason?

Sad? Being a teenage girl is difficult! Hormones are affecting your body or mood and change all the time. However if you are feeling depressed, have thoughts of hurting yourself or others, or have cut or hurt yourself on purpose, you should see your doctor. Talk to someone you trust like your mother, teacher or minister(priest or rabbi..) about your feelings. You are not alone in these feelings.
Work to fully. engage in life and with others to resolve feelings of emptiness and loneliness. Try volunteering too - it is amazing how it changes perspectives on life. Take care.
