Nausea and chills out of no where? I just recently found out that I have a tumor in my pituitary gland that is non cancerous. Could this be the cause?

In brief: Unlikely

the pituitary tumor has been there for a while.
It is more likely that you have a stomach bug or food poisoning. Many pituitary tumors do not secrete hormones. The drugs we give to shrink certain types of these tumors can cause nausea. Are you taking bromocriptine?
