In brief: Uncertain ? vascular

You have had cervical surgery, but this may not playing a role.
You need an evaluation and this should include a vascular examination of the circulation as wells lab studies including electrolytes, calcium metabolism.

In brief: Possibly electrolyte

Could be a variety of things - electrolyte imbalance (such as low potassium, or magnesium issues) can cause cramping.
Low thyroid hormone can as well. Carpal tunnel issues can cause pain and stiffness particularly during writing or typing. I would see your doctor to be examined and possibly get labs done.

In brief: Severl possibilities

The answers range from Carpal tunnel to Dupuytrens contracture to arthritis to muscle spasm.
However, given your prior cervical procedures, cervical radiculopathy should be worked up 1st.This can be done via EMG &ordered by your spine specialist or Pain MD. In the meantime, a muscle relaxant & mild stretching are in order. Initial home remedies would include a MVI, (multivitamin) heat & warm massage of the hand
