This is a combination drop of a beta blocking agent and a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
The beta portion can lower the maximum heart rate and cause breathing issues in those inclined to asthma. The carbonic portion is unlikely to do much systemically but could rarely cause kidney stones. Either of them could cause an allergic reaction. All of these are uncommon problems.
