I agree. Do consider emotional causes too, especially if the vomiting is associated with temper, crying etc. I was just adding to a very good approach an list of causes mentioned. Wish you well.

Family History of migraine? Sometimes 3 year olds can't say that their head hurts. If FH of migraine, this may be cause of vomiting.
