In brief: What cancer do you

Have? Any cancer of any organ (with exceptions of basal cell cancer of skin and most brain cancers) left untreated, will spread to other tissues and organs.

In brief: Yes

It depends on grade but there is the chance of nodal or systemic spread in higher grade malignant tumors of the thymus.

In brief: Depends need info

Thymus cancers first they are rare, has variety of histological variability , possibility of spread depends on the type of histology , molecular characteristics of tumor, and what stage the tumor was removed.
Is there any myasthenia symptoms . In general they do spread rapidly, with over all 30% to 50 % survival rate.
