Several. Acitretin, or soriatane, (acitretin) is a potent oral retinoid frequently used in patients with psoriasis. It is extremely teratogenic (read: do not take if you may get pregnant) can cause high lipid levels in blood, dry skin and mucous membranes, and liver damage.
