In brief: Not well known
There are conflicting evidence that green tea, isoflavones, lycopenes, cruciferous vegetables and omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid intake maybe beneficial in the prevention and/or progression of prostate cancer.
While high total fat, meat (especially well cooked) and multivitamin may be associated with an increased risk of prostate cancer. Key point - avoid obesity.
