I have what appears to be a stye on my bottom eyelid but it has push coming out of it. What is this? It's sore and swollen but my eye itself is fine.

In brief: Stye

It is a stye. Apply hot compresses 3 times daily for 10 minutes to get it to complete draining and i will go away.

In brief: Hordeolum / Stye

Sounds like a classic "stye" or hordeolum.
The white discharge is not infectious, it is stagnant oil and inflammatory response from your normal oil gland. Clogging of the oil gland that makes oil for the eye leads to this condition. Treatment is warm compresses, and sometimes incision and draining. Warm compresses usually work. I have had patients take a year for it to completely clear.
