In brief: No specific problems

There would be no intrinsic effect on the pregnancy due to the back surgery.
Problems with pain management, worsening of your back problem, difficulty with obtaining an epidural for labor pain relief, problems ambulating, and finding a doctor who is patient enough to deal with your problems will however undoubtedly be challenging.

In brief: Hard to predict

It is not inevitable that your symptoms will get worse with pregnancy but they could.

In brief: Should be none

For a woman to become pregnant and go to full term and delievery, there should be none except for some increased back pain, possibly.
For a male, sexual function should be fine unkess surgery was complicated by getting a cauda equina syndrome which is rare.
