In brief: Non Specific see MD

Your symptoms are rather non specific but concerning.
Each one, nausea, hot flashes and excess sweating could be related to a number or conditions, from a viral syndrome, a hormone imbalance, to a condition related to cardiac, or neurological conditions. I don't know how long you have had these symptoms, or the if they are progressing over time. A visit to your PCP and focused PE is suggested.

In brief: Nausea & Sweating

These symptoms may be due to a virus.
Viruses can cause fever, but often don't, especially in adults. If you are not having any pain then it is unlikely this is due to anything serious. You should take some Tylenol, (acetaminophen) drink plenty of fluids, and rest. If this is a virus it will probably resolve in 1-3 days. These symptoms can also be signs of early pregnancy.
