I've recently started experiencing extreme headaches about an hour after finishing a workout. Any ideas why this may be happening?

In brief: Extreme headache

Any "extreme" headache should be evaluated by a doctor. When a headache follows exercise it could be due to blood pressure changes.
Some people experience headaches from dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, or nutritional issues (hypoglycemia). Any consistant or extreme headache needs an evaluation. Tell your doctor what makes it better/worse to help with the diagnosis.
