Fractional. Fractional laser will get you a better result in the end. It does require more down time than a peel however. If you're comparing a deep peel to the laser then the laser is safer as well. If you can take the downtime I would certainly recommend the fractional laser.

Not really . Skin cancer is caused by errors or mutations in the dna of skin cells. This then causes the cells to grow out of control leading to cancer. This can be from exposure to uv light from the sun or tanning beds or from exposure to toxic substances.
