In brief: Follow up with a doc

Unfortunately there are quite a variety of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and depending on various factors (both the germ and the patient), the incubation period(s) could vary.
It's best to A) protect oneself at all times and B) get plugged into a doctor's care so you can get the advice and treatment u need. Looking at the 'numbers' of new STDs per year in the US is quite worrisome. Be safe!

In brief: 2-3 days plus 4-6 wk

Duplicate question, same answer: Urine or vaginal swab testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia are valid anytime 2-3 days after the last exposure.
Blood tests (HIV, syphilis) should wait until 6 weeks or so. There are no good data on best time for vaginal infections like trichomonas and bacterial vaginosis; 1 week might be OK but 2 weeks might be better.
