Recently if im just sitting down watching tv I start to feel nausea and dizziness, and it doesn't go away. What could be causing this?

In brief: Content
Unfortunately the quality of the content on tv is enough to render anyone nauseated.
Seriously though, are you in a bad chair/beanbag or something that gives you reflux? Are you snacking while watching?
