I have literally every symptom of SLE except a positive ANA for 9 years. Now High LDH, CRP, Neutrophls, swollen lymph nodes & major hair loss. Ideas?

Whether it is true that 1% of people with true lupus never test positive for anti-nuclear antibodies, the real decision is whether to treat you as if you had lupus.
That's up to your physician. If you have "every symptom" then perhaps you'll meet the criteria for the disease (you need four of eleven for probable lupus). Try getting an ANA screen from a different lab; errors do get made.
