Can sunscreen irratitate yound childrens skin? I always have him wear a sun hat but his face seems red and rashy after the sunscreens appilied

Their skin is quite thin and sensitive in that area.
Aveno makes one thats supposed to be hypoallergenic. Neutrogena also, spf25-30. Apply it thin! don't cake it on!
